3 Houses Hit by Fallen Tree will Get Compensation

Jakarta Provincial Government will give compensation to the owners of three houses on Jalan Kemuning 3, RT 08/04, Utan Kayu Utara Urban Village, Matraman Sub-District, East Jakarta, that were hit by fallen tree. They are entitled to receive maximum compensation of Rp 10 million each.

The house owners are welcomed to file reimbursement claim to Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Department by attaching several requirements

“The house owners are welcomed to file reimbursement claim to Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Department by attaching several requirements, including photo of the house hit by tree as well as cover note from local RT/RW official and the police,” stated Head of East Jakarta Parks Sub-Department, Suzi Marzitawati, Saturday (11/29).

After all of the requirements completed, Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Department would send an insurance team to conduct a review in order to calculate the amount of loss that is adequate to be compensated.

Fallen Trees Hit 3 Cars & 1 Motorcycle

As reported before, a three fell and hit three houses on Jalan Kemuning 3. Those houses belong to Sunardi a.k.a. Diding (60) and Abdurohman (58).

Besides on Jalan Kemuning 3, other fallen tree incidents also happened on Friday (11/28), precisely on Jalan Matraman Raya and Billy Moon Kalimalang Complex. While in Halim Perdana Kusuma, Penggilingan, and in front of Borobudur University, the trees were broken.
